Hello. Some of you already know me, but for those who don't, my name is Solas. I was the mage who first helped the Herald with the Anchor. [All right, Everdeen. You have a prepared and written statement that you've written. You're back from helping Fate. Now it was time to speak up -- and help a lot more people.]

Good afternoon. For those of you who do not know me, I'm Katniss Everdeen, a Scout with the Inquisition Forces.

[Firm and strong is the ticket.]

I, Mia Rutherford, and the rifter known to you as Ariande, as well as the Mage Council, have been working these past months to get funds and support to build temporary housing for the refugees in the valley below, as well as housing for our soldiers. With the support of the Advisors, and generous donations from the nobility, we are now able to realize this goal. We already have builders who have designed the buildings for us, and all we need to do now is level the ground, and begin construction. I believe I can say that we all agree with the past week's sickness, that is ever more important to limit exposure, so we can lessen the dangerous of disease.

[Inhale.]

With that in mind, I am welcoming all of the Inquisition to come and help us construct these buildings, for the refugees who have lost so much already, and for the soldiers who have given us their lives in service. We don't just need people to help build - we are going to need healers for on-site injuries, we're going to need every able mage to help clear the land and speed along construction. We'll need people to hand out water, and food, as well.

... I don't think I really need to say that the last few months have been hard for us, as an organization. But with the magical plague, we all came together for a common goal. I have seen people from all walks and creeds of life, put aside their differences and come together for the greater good -- and I'm asking for us all to do that again.

We are the Inquisition, and we accomplish ... amazing things, when we work together. So, come and work with us.

[A slight cough.]

[The sending crystal message is abrupt, right in the middle of the afternoon, and the voice is Katniss's. Excitement and slight trepidation fills her tone, as she speaks to a select number of folks about her recent delivery.]

Mia, Ariande ... ah, honored members of the Mage Council! I just wanted to let you know that the chest from the Duke has arrived and, well, I think we are well and truly set to begin building.

[A pause.] Er, once we clear the space. What say you, Mage Council?

[Another pause.] And ... find someone to design the buildings. Not to mention purchase the materials -- ahhh, Mia, could you ... please help with that? All of my contacts are in the leather and meat business. After that! ... All we will need are volunteers, and people to help move the refugees into their new homes. The soldiers will move their own things, but if anyone has any ideas, or suggestions or ... knows where I can hide all this coin so Sera doesn't get her hands on it?

[Sending crystals certainly have been getting their fair use lately -- but Katniss is confident that her message is going to be fairly bland and won't cause any waves. After all, all they are doing is going hunting, after all. So she opens the crystal to her friends, just so no one thinks she just disappeared.]

Hey everyone, just to let you know I'm going off with Maxwell Trevean for a few days. We're going on a hunting excursion to replace some of our meat and leather stores, so if you're looking for a particular kind of game, let me know and I'll try to bag some for you.

[To say that Korrin's upset at the revelation is a vast understatement, and though her tone is even over the sending crystal, it's a forced calm. Anyone who knows her is likely well-aware of the depths of her fury, though there's been enough ranting over the crystal lately. So instead:]
