FORM: Sending Crystal
SENDER: Josephine Montilyet
RECIPIENT: Everyone!
WHAT: A question! (Please talk to her, she's lonely.)
WHEN: Current
WHERE: Skyhold
NOTES: n/a
Good evening, everyone. My name is Josephine Montilyet and I am the Ambassador for the Inquisition. I've not had the pleasure of meeting as many of you as would like personally, so... I thought this might be an easier, more - ah - approachable way of getting to know each other better.
( She clears her throat as though to prevent herself from rambling. )
I must confess I do not know where to start. Perhaps a conversational ice-breaker will have to do. ( So much for not rambling. ) What do you miss most about your life before the Inquisition?

Antivan yourself! I should have guessed, mademoiselle. You must excuse me. Want of drink has dulled my wits, I think--of course you are Antivan. It is my favorite country, you know. Of all the places that I have traveled, Antiva remains supreme.
No, I think now that I can never die. I must first propose a toast, at least--
[He raises his glass.]
To Antiva.

To Antiva!
( Upon her first sip of the wine, Josephine's eyes flutter shut in contentment. Prior to this moment, she had almost forgotten how homesick she is. She takes another heady mouthful before opening her eyes once more. )
Where in Antiva did you travel?

[--Again, in case he wasn't clear enough the first time. Following their toast, Val gulps rather than sips, too eager for table manners of any sort. Antivan wine. Truly, there is nothing better. Truly, he is so happy in this moment.
A close second to the good wine, however, comes the discussion of all things adventurous. He pauses in his savoring in order to give her answer:]
To Antiva City, naturally--and then all along the coast. We beheld the bridges of the great Seleny, and ventured into the Tellari Swamps. We were searching for artifacts of the Kingdom of Gundaar, you see--as well as enjoying the wine and the food and the local customs.
Tell me, which is your favorite? Wine, food, or local custom?

You mean for me to choose just one?

[--He concedes, and takes a thoughtful sip of wine.]
I suggest a ranking, and not a choosing. In order from least favorite, to favorite.
