Apparently someone has seen fit to play a prank upon me. When I find out who's responsible, you will regret it... especially if it's you, Anders. [That agitated growl comes into his voice momentarily. Then there's a pause and a long sigh, followed by the sound of vigorous scratching. Though the latter is probably tricky to entirely guess at, it's at least apparent that he's doing something in the background.]

I thought we were all above such behavior. Unless someone can provide a better explanation for this...

[But he doesn't get to elaborate, as he's again too distracted by the incessant itching.]

Oh, well have you tried soaking in a bath? Maybe you just have really dry skin because of the winter air?

I've never had a problem like this before in such weather...

[Then again, the winters aren't usually as bad as this one has been. Who knows? It's probably at least worth attempting.]

Though I may have to try that idea, anyway.

It can't hurt, right? And I'm sure the healers could give you some type of healing salve.

As long as they're not about to experiment with magic, a salve... [ItchitchitchITCH] ...would be fine.

Though I still wonder what could have brought this on.

The magical healers here usually ask if they can use magic on you before they do it. If they don't, then they're not very good healers. You can find a surgeon instead if you want to be sure.

You haven't changed your soap or anything? Or what you wash your clothes in?

I doubt any surgeon would have the first idea of where to start.

[It maybe sounds a bit snippy, but he's getting so frustrated right now, ugh, he can't stand it! Though it's not directed at her, so much, as at the world at large.]

Well I don't even know where to start either, but at least they have some experience working with the body. Just ask and see if they have some answers.

[Yet he's a bit unsettled, knowing that there's not really anyone else who... has this specific problem. Still, maybe he can ask in some roundabout way at at least get something for the itching.]
