I'm collecting information about which nations and known institutions we as an organization know best. If you would be so kind as to reply to this listing the peoples, places, and various consortiums big or small for which you feel the most affinity or understand the intricacies of, that would be of great help.

There's no need to go into any detail if you don't feel inclined. A very general list will do just fine.

There's a war going on, which limits what we can really do realistically.

I'd like to put more effort into finding ways to keep refugees safe, especially when it comes to the places they're ending up. It was a problem last year and I don't know that it's gotten much better.

I know we can't just... stop people from attacking them or being mad they're there, but there has to be something that can be done.

I just need to figure out what it is.

Have you spoken to them at all? There are quite a few in Kirkwall. It's possible they have opinions on the subject.
