To anyone listening, Minrathous is under attack by Corypheus and his Venatori. Anyone wearing Inquisition colors is not safe, anyone who would oppose him is not safe. I beg those of us still in the city to make their way out, but help any you can without putting yourself in danger as well.

Under attack is putting it rather mildly? There's a Gods' Damned Corrupted Dragon lifting the Archon's Palace out of the ground! The guard are beating people to death in the streets!
Listen, all of you would do well to get to the docks or the catacombs, or leave the city on foot if you can stay hidden! Don't go dithering around looking for help; you won't find any here!

Not all of our people are heartless or Venatori. Avoid the guards and anything with the imperial crest, but if you are human or dwarf there should be those who will help disguise you if you need it. Particularly if you let the mages among you take the lead. Seek the alleys; they have the entrances to the catacombs. Some of us will linger to help those unfamiliar out, but we will not linger long. It is not safe. And watch the sky. The dragon is... fast.

[There's anger in his voice.]

It is chaos. There is no organized method of escape that I know as they descended on us from many directions, and he flew in. There are the catacombs that lead out, we have docks, but there is no organization.

As I mentioned to the Rifter, the members of the Inquisition could perhaps use ships, and my people may need assistance. They will suffer, with our capitol occupied. I do not know if the Inquisition cares.

[ Beleth doesn't quite believe that her coworkers aren't trying to organize things, but that's hardly important, and she has things to ask that are more important than arguing. ]

Ships, we have. I'm not sure what assistance we can provide the people of Tevinter--or even just Minrathous. Not immediately, at least. I can assure you, though, that the Inquisition will not take this lightly, and we will not abandon Tevinter to Corypheus. But we'll need to regroup and learn more about what has happened.

You say this without knowing one of your Division heads was prepared to burn supplies and starve the poor and hungry of Minrathous because they felt hurting those who were vulnerable could slow Corypheus down.

We have done nothing about him establishing power in the Anderfels. No one cares about the Anderfels. Why would the Inquisition help my people when it is not simply apathy directed toward my nation, but hatred?

[ A small sigh, and while she has plenty of thoughts about all of this, Thor is helping them, and she doesn't have a lot of time, especially to go alienate one of those who are helping get her people out of danger. ]

The rest of the Division Heads will be sure to discuss this action with whoever did it. As for the rest--We're doing what we can. But unfortunately, that isn't very much at the moment. I'll be speaking to the advisors about what has happened, and they will decide our next move.

[ When all else fails, kick the issue up the chain. ]

Wren Coupe. My commander... or perhaps my former commander. I am not certain I am fine with--that is not relevant. If Tevinter is not helped, if he gains full control of it, I do not see the Inquisition succeeding. I am biased, but I have fought campaigns.

The Inquisition needs Tevinter.

[A long, difficult pause.]

And as of today Tevinter needs the Inquisition, Scoutmaster.

[ Beleth has plenty of thoughts, most of them along the lines of 'fuck tevinter tbqh', but unfortunately, Thor is quite correct. Tevinter falling to Corypheus would be catastrophic. Beleth can look past the old (and new) wounds to see that. ]

I don't doubt it, Ser. We'll see what we can do, once we are regrouped, and can take stock of who is safe, and who...

[ You can hear the grimace. ]

[There's a heavy sigh as he looks back the way he's come through the catacombs so far.]

Are there people you do not yet have contact with?

[He doesn't know if he has the energy to go search for anyone with his mother on his shoulder, but he can't set her down. Putting her on the ground is an abhorrent thought, and Loki can't carry her.]

And do you know where they were?

There are many people who I have not yet heard from. Which is why the priority is for everyone to get out of Minrathous as fast as they can. Only afterwards can we begin to take stock of what our numbers are.

You're already with a group. Your priority should be seeing them safely back here.

[There's a long stretch of hushed background noise, people talking quietly and moving through an echoing area, before Thor speaks again.]

My brother knows the way as well as I do. If there is need for me to go back into the city, tell me. I know this city, and I know the guard.
