To anyone listening, Minrathous is under attack by Corypheus and his Venatori. Anyone wearing Inquisition colors is not safe, anyone who would oppose him is not safe. I beg those of us still in the city to make their way out, but help any you can without putting yourself in danger as well.

Under attack is putting it rather mildly? There's a Gods' Damned Corrupted Dragon lifting the Archon's Palace out of the ground! The guard are beating people to death in the streets!
Listen, all of you would do well to get to the docks or the catacombs, or leave the city on foot if you can stay hidden! Don't go dithering around looking for help; you won't find any here!

Not all of our people are heartless or Venatori. Avoid the guards and anything with the imperial crest, but if you are human or dwarf there should be those who will help disguise you if you need it. Particularly if you let the mages among you take the lead. Seek the alleys; they have the entrances to the catacombs. Some of us will linger to help those unfamiliar out, but we will not linger long. It is not safe. And watch the sky. The dragon is... fast.

[His sarcasm is a knee-jerk reaction and as scathing as his stressed out snarling. He wants to escape but, unfortunately, they are trapped for the moment. No, for more than that, for the foreseeable future unless someone is clever enough to find a way out of the catacombs.]

Spare me! [Loki recognizes her voice, if only from passing. He isn't one to mix up siblings, no matter how similar they might be. He is also not in the mood.]

Oh yes--[And the timbre of his mockery here is bitter, just on the edge of grief.] You love her, and if I don't do my job well you'll punish me terribly, yes? Take my life for hers? We're already trading in those.

[There's a very tense pause as he draws an audible breath and holds it. When he speaks again it is with forced calm.]

It's a start. I don't know that the Division leaders will want to risk Rifters being captured, but I want to fight if we're needed to.

[He's heard enough talk of this Corypheus. He wants to fight him.]

Whatever we can do.

[He obviously is making promises he can't back up, being someone not-in-charge, but he's been feeling restless to do something to prove himself after all this talk of phylacteries.]

War does not get picky about who it tramples or does not. Keeping the Rifters from participating will not protect them in the end. You are a Rifter, I take it? Even if they suggest you hide from the world, I would not.

What methods of escape are being employed? Is there anything that anyone in the Gallows can do to help?

I am a Rifter. I'm also no stranger to fighting. I thought that was what we were here to do, but I don't know what they'll have us do.

[There's anger in his voice.]

It is chaos. There is no organized method of escape that I know as they descended on us from many directions, and he flew in. There are the catacombs that lead out, we have docks, but there is no organization.

As I mentioned to the Rifter, the members of the Inquisition could perhaps use ships, and my people may need assistance. They will suffer, with our capitol occupied. I do not know if the Inquisition cares.

We should lend aid where we can. If we can.

Corypheus has attacked us fully. His agents must have infiltrated the guards, the palace, the whole of the city more than we knew. And they struck together. They are attacking even civilians if there are inquisition members nearby; they do not care.

[His voice is pain and anger.]

What exactly is happening is that my people are dying.

If you are taken, you will be tortured for information. You've much of it.

The names of your fellows, their histories, their families, their capabilities. Security measures within the Gallows, within Skyhold; elsewhere. Our allies, our enemies. The details of our movements. Every point of egress from this city. Interrogations can go more quickly than you might expect —

One of the Tevinters is saying that there's no organization for people trying to escape.

[ The dryness of her tone spells out her skepticism for his words, rather than for her coworkers' ability to manage people in chaos. It's not like they haven't had the practice. ]

Do you know of the escape plans? They were mentioned to me, vaguely.

[ crossly, with a little more steel in it than usual: ]

[ Beleth doesn't quite believe that her coworkers aren't trying to organize things, but that's hardly important, and she has things to ask that are more important than arguing. ]

Ships, we have. I'm not sure what assistance we can provide the people of Tevinter--or even just Minrathous. Not immediately, at least. I can assure you, though, that the Inquisition will not take this lightly, and we will not abandon Tevinter to Corypheus. But we'll need to regroup and learn more about what has happened.

These people did nothing to deserve this, and they will suffer just as we would. Worse, because they won't have anything useful to provide, beyond becoming red lyrium creatures.

Each member of the Inquisition is capable of making up their own mind, if they want to help people, they should already be aware of the risk and prepared to do what needs to be done.

Our agents have secured entry, but I cannot say how long it will last. Deep Roads, through the Ambassadoria. A willing ship, Antivan. And the Catacombs.

All will be pursued; I am for the last. They've supplies down there, better that they not — [ a pause ] — The Provost and Ambassador were with the Archon. Maker only knows.

[ sharply: ]

I am aware< of the dangers of red lyrium, Enchanter Hawthorne. [ yer talkin to a templar audra ] Each member of the Inquisition serves in an army and will live to report back, else be dragged back from the fucking Fade.

[ Well, this is a right disaster. And worst yet, she finds it is a disaster that she negatively affected by. Not because she's in danger, of course, she can always wriggle her way out of danger. But there are others there that are in danger, and she can't help them. ]

Thor, um--Are you and Lexie safe? Are you going to stay safe? I mean--[ Concern for others. It's an unpleasant sensation, made worse by the fact that she is so helpless. ]--You should leave soon, if it's dangerous.

I--I see. At least there are plans in place. I can speak to the Naval project about sending ships to meet the Antivans, maybe Wardens to meet those in the Deep Roads? But the catacombs--

[ The catacombs, and wherever the Archon is. Places that she can't reach. ]

--I'll make sure Skyhold knows what is happening, and see if they have anything they can do.
