They look like shoes, at least, but they're not leather, or anything. They're brightly coloured and weirdly shiny. Look like they might have good traction? Anyway, I have quite a few of them, so if anyone would like a pair of strange shoes, I'm more than happy to share the wealth! Just let me know who you are and where to find you.

I found them! Strange things sometimes come through rifts, not just people. I have a pair of slippers that squeak when they're compressed that came through a rift.

What are rain boots? Exactly what they sound like?

No way. That's pretty cool.

[ Maybe a rift will drop a few guns with some ammo for her. ]

Yeah. You wear them in the rain to keep your feet dry. Looks like you'll need them around here.
