A curious thing, these crystals. But most certainly a revolutionary tool. I commend whomever created it.

In any case, I felt it necessary to introduce myself. My name is Thane, and I have been assigned to the Scouting division. I wish to make myself available, should you need me.

In addition, I understand there are some studying the red lyrium. If I may, I wish to speak to those on that project. In person, preferably. The topic is delicate in nature.

Thank you for your time. Maker be with you.

[ That's not quite what she meant, but she's unsure if Thane is purposely avoiding the question, or if she just didn't ask it well enough. Either way, she decides to shrug it off. If he ends up in open combat, he'll probably be fine. ]

Excellent. Now, I have a request--Though I want to make it clear that this is entirely optional. I have many people in my division, with a variety of past experience. I try to make sure those who are more inexperienced have access to resources to help them.

I was wondering if you would be willing to teach others in the division some of your skills. You needn't share...everything. Weapon proficiency, infiltration, whatever you think would aid them out in the field. What and who you teach, I leave to your discretion.

Thank you, Thane. That's very helpful, I'm glad that I'll have more people around to be able to aid our less experienced members. I'll be sure to have them come meet with you, and you can choose whether or not to aid them.

That's all the questions I had for you. Do you have any for me...?
