Practical. I like it, though I can't say it'll do much for your longevity. But since you're a Warden, I'm guessing that's not a thing you worry about anyway.

You might be better off with requesting a place in the city, if you don't want politics punching you in the face all the time. [Probably literally, too.] It's pretty easy to get permission, and gives you more privacy than you'd get in the thick of things.
