Indeed. Rift shards do not discriminate when it comes to bearers. Anyone in the wrong -or right, depending now you see it- place at the wrong time can gain a permanent 'souvenir'.

...at least, I believe them to be permanent. Thus far we have no evidence of otherwise.

My friend has one. Maybe when all the rifts are done they'll go, too.

An interesting thought; I hope there's some truth to it, given that the shard have pained their bearers. We do not yet know their long-term effects.

Why do you ask about the Dalish?

Not tattoos for myself, though I've occasionally given it thought. I don't know what I would have. How did you decide on yours?

A friend would paint them for me - I liked them so well. I liked to keep them.
