Hello.

My name is Diana. I've been given to understand that my arrival has coincided with a strange event here. I hardly know if one has anything to do with the other, regardless, I hope you're all well. If I am able to, I would like to help. And, admittedly, I would like to know more about this world and all of you before committing myself to a war effort. If you've a moment, I would like if you would tell me one thing that is important.

I would also like to ask my fellow Rifters something. When you arrived here, did you find yourself changed in any way?

I'm afraid I don't know the extent of the changes yet, only that they've happened. May I ask how yours went?

I was fortunate enough to stay the same species I was born into, with only a few adjustments. It did take a bit of time to acclimate to the new face in the mirror, though.

Hmm. Well, I suppose it is important for you to know that you cannot judge all of Thedas by Kirkwall. A lot of places in Thedas have more color. And sunshine. And a lower overall percentage of people who want to stab you.

Is gold important where you are from?

It's valuable, but I don't think most would say important. It's not a standard of currency in the broader world, if that's what you mean.

If it is valuable, then it is important. True?

Some of the stuff I could do back home there's like... a limit with, here? I dunno if that makes much sense. But like if I fight, the way I did back home, there's a point when I run out of steam for it.

And I've a survey which you must fill out when you have the opportunity, Miss Diana. Would you prefer I deliver it to your rooms, or would you prefer to find your way to the office of the Seneschal to fetch the papers in person?

I haven't quite sorted out a rooming situation as of yet. If you give me directions, I'm sure I'll be able to find the office, Miss..?

Well, what topics are of interest to you? I would regret wasting your time with details that are outside your curiosity.

I am entierly new to this world, you'd be hard pressed to find a topic I don't have some interest in. If it's similar to my world, it will be a comfort. If it is different, I'll have learned something new.

[ A brief pause, followed by a laugh. ]
Well, perhaps not gardening. I've never managed to develop an interest in that.

I'll strike it from the list.

That leaves us with a near endless amount of options. Consider, weaponry? The nobility housed in Hightown? The dangers of unattended rifts? Or perhaps the ins and outs of traveling within Kirkwall?

Have you found your body wholly foreign, or merely partially?

As far as I can tell at present, my body is entierly the way it's always been. Rather it's abilities I have that are different.
