Inquisition. [Orlesian accent, very serious.] We must have words.

Am I to understand that while myself, the baroness, and Brother Jehan were all outside of the Gallows, on the business of important Inquisition research--a span of mere days, my friends--and it was during those days that the Gallows saw fit to give up its spirits?

Spirits! Of which we three have desperately sought glimpses of in the past?

And is it then the truth that you, the Inquisition, did see fit to drive off these spirits in some manner before we could return to properly glimpse them and make record of their appearances? Not one single spirit was saved for us to glimpse, properly! Not one! Since our return, we have been scouring these dismal halls for some small scrap of spirit and we have turned up nothing and now I fear we must make plain our utter disappointment in such lack.

It is an outrage. You cannot comprehend the loss of writing and knowledge caused by this opportunity, so missed. Thedas has truly, truly lost such treasures this day. Treasures that will never be known. For shame.

Now: if you have a spirit trapped, or if you know where one might be seen, you must tell me now so I might come and see it. [Well.] And Freddie and Jeannot too, of course, that goes well without its saying; we are inseparable and always, always together, except for of course when we are not.
