Oh, that's awesome. I've met Inessa's a time or two, they're remarkably smart. I think I'm more worried your mabari would find Franklin boring than play too rough.

I'm not an expert or anything, but I think they've got a better shot at something like choice than most dogs. They certainly understand human language better than any dog I encountered outside Thedas, for one thing.

And hey, the fact you're worried about it suggests you're not going to be irresponsible about the whole thing, so I'd say he or she has pretty good taste.

Also, there's other people around with mabaris, I'm sure they're happy to offer advice? Most dog people treat other dog people pretty well in my experience, it's like a club. If you need help, there are people who can help.
