I'm not actually walking across Ferelden again, because I'm not allowed to be in Ferelden, but if I were, you know, I think I would deserve some kind of medal. The Medal of Trudging. Awarded for walking clear across a country way too many times.

I've never heard of that not backfiring horribly on someone here. Approaching, I mean, even with caution. I don't think someone's been... creative... enough to come up with a training program for how to delay becoming a meal for them, but we've only known they're still alive for the last fifty or so years. There's still time.

Well, we have a Ministry back home with a particular division dedicated to dragons in particular. Mostly to erase the memories of any non-magical being who happens across them, with the occasional rescue required, granted. But it exists.

Learning how not to be eaten, mostly. How to approach with caution and how to handle them. It took extensive training, I grant you.

Most of my coworkers failed the first part.
