But the more important thing is to keep it from happening again.

To that end, I'm sure it would be most helpful if you were to describe what symptoms might be experienced by a shardbearer were this danger to be imminent? So that they might be on their guard against it, you see.

By the time any 'symptoms' appeared, they would already be in danger. No. The best they can do, right now, is come to me.

That is best, naturellement, but say that they cannot. Perhaps they are far away, or waylaid by other business? Perhaps your remedy is ineffective? Should they not know what it is they must be vigilant against?
