Why is 'knife-ear' worse than 'rabbit?'

I'm no etymologist. Why 'knife-ear' came to be worse than 'rabbit', I don't know. When one calls me the latter, I can count on them to be a condescending ass and little more. 'Knife-ear' often precedes more extreme harassment, at the very least. That is enough for me to deem one considerably worse than the other, at least in my personal experience.

The can be, depending on the lineage, but I think the Inquisition has a deal with someone, so it may be manageable. Though regardless of price, the choice is the mabari's in the end. If they imprint on you, they will follow you to the ends of the earth and nothing will stop them.

[Cue a happy canine huff in the background.]

Essentially, yes. I take Garahel to the kennels to visit playmates, and there always seem to be a good number of them.

As for children, it depends on the age of the mabari. They're friendly one and all, but pups need training to curb their enthusiasm and be sufficiently gentle. Adult mabari are a better prospect, and they will be very protective.

[Garahel barks, evidently agreeing.]
