Korrin here. I'm changing things up when it comes to offered classes, just in time for the new year. Introductory Qunlat is staying put, because everyone needs to learn how to swear creatively in a new language. [Or, you know, be boring and take it for more practical reasons.] But in addition to that, there are two more that I want to mention.

The first is The Care and Feeding of Your Mount, with an emphasis on nuggalopes since they're still pretty new around here and Dennet wants to stick to his horses. I'd be happy to work with anyone who wants to focus on dracolisks or harts or whatever, too.

The other class I'm taking up is Alchemy: Grenades, for all your explosion needs. Crafting will be in the Undercroft, but the practical portion is going to take place outside Skyhold, for obvious reasons. Seriously, it'll save your ass to know at least a couple of the more common recipes.

If you have any questions or have a weird schedule of your own, let me know and I'll try to work with you. Or pimp your own classes while people are listening.

Sure, you can absolutely show up to help me with dracolisks. I've seen how they behave around you, so you'd be an excellent example for the rest.

What can I say, I've always enjoyed their company. I grew up around them, and I still have all my fingers. I'd enjoy getting others to appreciate them as well.

How are the nuggalopes doing these days? [He's seen them around of course, when he goes to the stables for his own dracolisk, but he's curious how the whole lot has adjusted in general.]

Having all your fingers is indeed a good start.

They're definitely calmer. I think they're finally getting used to having so many people around. Once they get to know you, they're really pretty mellow.

That's good to hear. They seemed to respond well back when we rounded them up... I'm glad they're settling in to this place. If the Inquisition never manages to save the world or anything of that nature, at least we have this accomplishment to our name.

That reminds me, I want to petition for an expansion to the stables. I think they'd do better with more room. Maybe something just outside Skyhold's walls?

As for your expansion, I think it may be possible. There seems to be plenty of room out there...

I can promise you that won't be a problem... they'll be much too disciplined for that. Even if they're getting much bigger, these days.

I can't deny that it's true. They will have to learn to distinguish between friends and food. But they're incredibly clever, I'm sure it won't take them long. Though I guess it's better to be completely safe about everything.

It won't be too much longer before they're ready to be ridden. I for one can hardly wait.

Have you ever heard of possibly giving someone a more formal-sounding nickname? Because if your name is Burp or Potato, you deserve a better chance in life.

Who named them, a four-year-old? Hell yeah, give them something better than that. Even if they're absolute shits, they're still griffons. Thedas hasn't seen them in forever. They need something awesome.

Exactly, they need names that command dignity and power, not something so childish. Couldn't you see me on a griffon named Storm or Tempest or Blight-Killer, or... any number of names? Not upon one named Butterball. Even that dead rifter had a fearsome surname, Highwind, was it? Highwind. [At first, it creeped him out, then it annoyed him, but these days he even feels a random kinship with the man he'd never met. Maybe he's been spending too much time with Rydia and those ashes.]

Hopefully I can rectify this matter if I earn one of their favor.

If it weren't for the fact that we share a name and other traits, perhaps it'd be more unusual. But I feel a certain... bond to this poor unfortunate soul.

Anyway, it's a good sounding name, a worthy one for a creature of the sky. Better than something large and majestic reduced to being called Flea.

It's the griffons who will make those decisions, it's not up to any of us. None have made that bond yet, but it's likely a matter of time.
