[All day on the 21st, people might have seen Church taking a break from hanging around the god damn desert, taking a small table to himself with some parchment and a quill--a quill, he cannot wait for the pen to be invented--and be very, very, very careful and fully concentrated on penning these out. The handwriting is as neat as he could make it, given that, in all actuality, he's never had to handwrite anything before, and making sure his words are as official-sounding as he can is a hassle, but damn it, he wants this to work.]

ATTN RIFTERS:

This world may be eerily familiar or backwards and strange. Either way, we all bear the mark of the Fade in our hands with the ability to close the tears in the fabric of reality together. This is a burden we share, and we should work together to understand it.

There have also been incidents regarding the positions Rifters take on issues as well as issues of security. People fear us. People don't understand us. People don't give us a chance to understand a fraction of the world we now live in. We have to stand up for our own rights as people who are now, like it or not, citizens of Thedas.

Months ago, a meeting between Rifters was set up. I propose we do this again and keep up meetings to bring up any questions or concerns. Skyhold's tavern is an adequate place, though the upstairs room may start feeling crowded. If you are a Rifter who feels alone or who has concerns or would like to connect to someone who might come from a world similar to your own, please feel free to meet in the upstairs tavern on the 24th of MBloomingtide around noontime.

Ms Hermione Granger, I would be delighted if you could attend earlier so we could go over some notes.
