Well, in my non-Riftwatch experience, a successful organisation means people being able to work together and collaborate, communicate, learn from mistakes, willingness to act even if you don't know all the details, and having faith in the people you're working with. So... I think bravery is being willing to admit if you don't know something or if you got something wrong, and it's getting up and keeping going to get the job done, no matter what. If you lose your legs, drag yourself with your hands.
