There's more than one way to learn. How much of the city have you seen?

I haven't ventured far into Kirkwall, if that's the city you're asking about. I have ventured further afield, given the eluvians.

Kirkwall's an old quarry. Darktown, it will hardly shock you to hear, occupies the subterranean portions of the city. Mineshafts and sewer tunnels. The guard gives much of it a berth.

The areas are rather self-explanatory as far as their names go. Hightown, Lowtown, Darktown. Would I be correct to assume that the wealth dwindles the lower you go?
