That seems to be the case in a lot of places. The bit about being second-class citizens, I mean. I'm sorry. It isn't fair, and if there were any way for me to help change it, I would. As it is, I'd been hoping to work on changing certain unfair legislation back home, once I finish with my schooling. I can only hope there are people with similar ambitions and the right connections here.

People should be allowed to live however they please. Whether that means abiding by tradition or veering towards a more modern viewpoint, the worst they should have to worry about is a civil debate about their opinions.
