Sounds like it's more complicated than that. When it comes to Rifters and their comings and goings. Cosima's got very intimate knowledge of the whole shebang.

At the very least, the him that's from where he's from? We know he's good there. Got good friends, good family. All those little rascals running around. All that forest and all that sky.

We haven't really been able to determine any consistent pattern about the timing of when rifters arrive and when they disappear, so sure is hard to get. It's something we've looked at, that we'll keep looking at, but there's just ... not a lot of us. By statistical standards.
