Good morning, Riftwatch. This is Warden Adrasteia, your Morale Officer. I wanted to let everyone know of two things:

Firstly, today is All Soul's Day. For those who don't know, it is a day that we spend remembering those lost to us. While there is no longer a proper Chantry within Kirkwall, I'm sure that there will be some bonfires this evening and perhaps plays that depict Adraste's death. I realize, for those not familiar with Adrastianism, that this seems... dark, to say the least, but. Well.

[ A breath. ]

Secondly, there's a wall in the courtyard now where people can write small notes to those they've lost and place them on the wall. If there's enough interest in that, I will try to commission a stone carver to memorialize the names of those who we've lost, either missing or dead, Rifter or native.

Please let me know if there's anything I can do, or explain further.

We used to do something like that at home. It's important, even if it's kinda dark when you stop and think about it.

Is it easy to leave things anonymously?

It's not in the central area, if that's what you mean.

If you're worried about being spotted, I would suggest going at dusk.

That's why I suggested dusk. Not so dark that no one can see, but most people are busy doing other things at that point in the evening.
