NOTES: sawbones hasn't slept in days, but she does have three dozen hand written pamphlets about the blight and that's basically the same thing.

Right, I don't know how this dream business works, but apparently a number of you didn't bother to bring your good sense with you during it. And since you're all allegedly older than I've given credit for in the past, I'm putting this down to surfacers having regrettably short memories. So I've condensed my extended lecture on the long term effects of Blight into a pamphlet which I will be distributing to all of you for ease of reference. I'm happy to answer any and all questions pertaining to it you may have.

If you can not read, I will be happy to assist you. If you do not wish to receive a pamphlet, too fucking bad. If you attempt to avoid me, I will find you.

Reckon it's overdue, regardless of whatever that dream business was, folks should be aware of both the long term effects, treatments that can be applied when supplies are short handed and preventatives.

Oh no, I'm assuming most of the surface assumes it won't happen again. I'm hoping surface memory isn't so short as to forget, but I'm concerned that too strong an association between Corypheus and Tevinter has been drawn, diminishing his possible connections to and the risks associated with the Taint.

Not to my knowledge, but that's hardly the only way the Taint is spread. Surface Blights are short enough that you don't normally see the wide spread and long term rot outside of specific areas where blood's been shed.
