I am afraid that I do not know the names of many people within the Inquisition, but I have reason to thank those of you who were present at Halamshiral during the... Incident. Especially those of you who were in the palace. I was outside, and several members of my family were in the ballroom. They spoke highly of the courage and quick-thinking of those of you trapped with them. It is because of you that I had the opportunity to hear their stories.

I will be returning to Skyhold soon, I have a few things to settle here in Halamshiral, but if you fought that night, to protect others when you so easily could have slipped away yourself, I thank you. It pleases me to know to know I am surrounded by individuals of such strength of character. It is not always a common trait.
