This is Solas. He led us to Skyhold, and then he left. We need him to help with the shards. He knows how to stop them from hurting people.

He might be in the Fade. Please look for him. Try to remember. If you find him, tell Cassandra.

[Explaining why he didn't want to see Chuckles staring at him while using the privy would inevitably be a far longer conversation than Varric wanted to have on that subject. He didn't want to have any sort of conversation about that. No, better to let that go.]

Well, that's definitely going to get seen, so I'd call that a success. [He silently weighs asking a follow-up question and, in the end, can't really help himself.]
