Lady Adelaide, I managed to find your friend and have the portrait you asked for sent along safely. I didn't trust travelling with it myself, in case it started raining again and the canvas was damaged. It should be there shortly before I am.

Alright maybe he's not around you, but he could certainly stand not to get his hackles all raised about Sam coming anywhere near him.

His clan is one of those clans that tend to kill humans who get too close, so he hasn't had a lot of positive experiences with humans in general.
