How much time have you spent there in total?

In Tevinter, about two or three weeks...spaced out, not all at once. I never got far enough to reach a major city, but I know the borders pretty well.

As for the Anderfels, I'd day several months altogether. It's not my most-traveled area, but I've had jobs there occasionally.

Jobs doing what?

Mercenary things; escort missions, rescue missions, killing whatever monster of the week decided to fuck up the area even more than it already is. The Anderfels never really lacks for jobs that need doing, that's for damn sure.
