Mm. Hello, Inquisition. It's me, Benedict, of House Artemaeus.

On behalf of the Northern Powers project division I am here to... address... any curiosities you may have about the Tevinter Imperium, its people, its language, politics, and so forth.

If you should like to learn enough of the language and customs of the Imperium to stay there unaccompanied, I will be at the Gallows library in the evenings to tutor anyone willing. Just don't waste my time.

Some. Enough to parse the important bits out of certain very old texts, that sort of thing.

How many people have accused you of being a blood mage, and/or trying to demonlish the natural order of mages not being allowed to do anything, so they can run the government and murder normal people in their homes?
