"Body shots" might've been the better example than jelly shots specifically. Like uh, shortest answer, just think of sexual ways of drinking.

Jelly shots are alcohol mixed with jelly, so you get a solid, wobbly mass of booze. People can tip those out and then "drink" them off another person. Or body shots you might have some salt, lime and tequila - you lick the salt off someone - their abs, say - and then have your shot of tequila, and then have the lime, which maybe was held between their teeth. Though, now I think about it, probably somewhere people generally wash a lot would be preferable, and the booze might impact on the ability to review the quality of the abs.
