NOTES: Let's talk about monster hunting.
Tell me about dragons. (Short, sweet and to the point.) Apparently bears and large spiders will not do.
(Maedhros, get out of your head and explain. Quiet comments to yourself don't count as communicating.)
I want (need) to go on a hunt.

I would not generally advise seeking out dragons for sport.

I tend away from hunting, beyond necessity. There are other challenges to be met, work to be done.

Danger comes in different sizes around here when it comes to dragons.

Well, okay, you'll need at least four people to come with you. At Least. This isn't something you and your brother can do by yourselves.

Still... I can't blame you for wanting to take on such a feat. Fighting a high dragon is an experience you'll never forget.

We would leave our mark behind no matter what our fate beyond these shores. (Yet...) If I discover the dragons of this land are unlike their Arda counterparts, I will show them more mercy.

I’ve found plenty of lesser ones, and a high dragon as well… They can be fearsome beasts, although it hasn’t always been that way. There was a time… There were people who even lived among them, in the past.
Dragons on other worlds seem to differ in many ways… there’s even someone whose dragon companion is here with her… that dragon is very friendly. I’d be curious to know more of the dragons of your world. What are they like in this place… Arda, you said?

What were these people like? (Besides incredibly brave.) There are Men who support the Enemies of Arda, yet they too need to stay away from the Dragons and Balrogs. Am I to believe the dragons of this land are less...murderous? Less petty? I would not let one of the Dragons of Arda within ten leagues of myself or any other. They are as bad as their creator and he is the one who brought forth Darkness.

But times have changed considerably. Such practices have died out. Even back when some lived among them, the dragons were still a threat to those outside of their favored humans. And today... they're especially dangerous. Majestic and deserving of respect, but still highly threatening. So I'm afraid they are as murderous as yours...

There's something horrifyingly funny about them planning to create a boat, of all things.]They interest me very much, as you can imagine.
