Yeah, that's not for me to say. I'm a qunari, not an elf or even Dalish. Being here at Skyhold is the most exposure I've had to their culture outside of a few brief trips.

It is! Or it can be. Literally, it means "where the heart lies" and is an all-purpose world for 'person one cares about'. But people like me that weren't born in the Qun have less hang-ups about using it romantically.

Oh, fuck no. I'm a mage, and they treat their mages even worse than the Templars do. I just say 'qunari' because otherwise humans and others don't know what I'm talking about, but it's not the word I use for myself.

Vashoth. The rebels -the ones who leave the Qun- they're the Tal-Vashoth, and they aren't all bandits or whatever the south thinks. That's just a bad stereotype.
