[ Beleth's voice sounds rather harried and distracted, and under the sound of her voice, there's another noise that sounds suspiciously like a hissing growl. ]

Ah--Hello, I hope it's alright to ask, but I have a request. I've recently begun trying to study dragons, and there doesn't seem to be much information on them in the library. Which isn't surprising, since dragons have only recently begun to show up in Thedas again, after a prolonged absence.

I was hoping that someone in the Inquisition might have an idea where I can find more information, or might have the information themselves. [ There's a quiet 'ow!' and disgruntled noises before Beleth begins speaking again. ]

...To clarify, I'm not looking for information regarding fighting them. There's plenty of information on that particular subject. I was hoping more for information of a more...mundane variety. Their age cycle, day-to-day lives, eating habits, things like that.

If you know where I might find anything speaking on subjects of that nature, I would appreciate hearing about it. Thank you for listening.

Expanding my knowledge, learning outside of the bounds of my experience, and whatnot.

--But in all seriousness, I doubt my learning journey will cause any issues. I have everything under control--ow! Mostly.

I've heard hissing that's remarkably similar to that before, Beleth. I've seen what shape that hissing takes, including when it gets older. And with those questions...

[He trails off and exhales.]

There's hissing, an ow, and your less-than-circumspect questions. If you'd truly wanted a chance at being subtle, you would have put a note up. But for some reason you didn't. And I'm not stupid.

Don't worry, really. It's too small to cause any real trouble.

Everything starts out small. And then some things get very big and bitey and firey and the next thing you know people are screaming for the healers because they're being torn apart.

Anders, he's a male, and he's only the size of Purreldan. I doubt he'll get any bigger than a dog.

...Besides, he needed me. He would've died on his own.

That's smaller than what's usually attacked, I'll grant you that. But Beleth, dragons are... dragons. Even if he stays small, he's probably going to maul you. If not you, then someone else.

It's possible to--if not tame them, at least...domesticate them? As long as you start out when they're young. People have done it before.

...with dragons? Certainly it works with cows and cats, but they don't generally view people as meals.
