So I'm having a baby. And it's not really working thinking of names for baby boys that I like. Girls are easier, I don't know why. So. If you like a boys' name, tell me what it is. My friend Alistair is here with me, and if he can make a joke about the name you suggest--

Think about why you like them. A name doesn't mean who you are forever. It's a blessing for direction — and then you're old enough to decide if that's really yours.

Anything you name the child may end up with a nickname you dislike honestly. This is something that I have learned over time. So you could come up with your nickname for the child to head them off at the pass!
