Hermione's the one you'll want to speak to about dragons; somehow, despite magic being so secret that non-mages don't even know it exists, dragons exist. Don't ask me to explain it, even the fact that they're rare makes it hard to believe normal people would never spot them. And there were some other creatures that weren't specifically labeled demons, but might as well be.
