crystal.
FORM: Crystal
SENDER: Bastien
RECIPIENT: Everyone
NOTES: Nonsense. If your characters will not say anything but are obviously/observably involved with people, please feel even more encouraged than normal to "not here" reply with the deets for everyone's gossip-gathering purposes.
Bonjour, mes amis.
[ Faintly sing-song, but in a drawling and subdued way. It doesn't do to sound too chipper and excited about asking people semi-invasive questions. ]
I have been talking to the Seneschal, and we thought—well, it's possible we might need a fraternization policy. Or a record, at least, in case it becomes a problem later. And to decide whether that is necessary: information about fraternization.
[ It's obvious from his voice that he's pleased that that rhymes. ]
So who is together? Or involved, if together is a scary word.
Please feel very free to rat out your bashful friends.
[ As an afterthought, ]
If you have opinions about the policy or record part, I will take those, too.

[That isn't much of a description, but on the other hand: as far as he's concerned, he doesn't know her.]
An officer for morale?
no subject
Yes. Mostly I help organize parties and the like.

[Although, like, he's already making his way towards the docks, so. Get ready, girl.]

But I would know—
[No, they shouldn't do this on here, and he cuts himself off with a sharp sigh.]
Meet me in the courtyard. I will be a quarter of an hour, if that.
. . . and you will have to find me. I do not know what you look like.
action;
[ She doesn't point out that she hasn't forgotten what he looks like. That seems... unnecessary.
It takes Adrasteia only ten minutes to get from her office to the courtyard, at least. (She might have run down the stairs. She might not care who saw her.) One (1) city elf, wearing boots, the previously mentioned robes, and the cape from her uniform.
She stands with her hands folded in front of her, and waves when she spots Fenris, smiling. ]

If nothing else: he can see why she makes for a good morale officer.]
Adrasteia.
[There is no recognition in his eyes, though. No acknowledgement of whatever relationship they might have once had.]
I admit, I still prefer meeting face to face over these crystals. But it is good to . . .
[See you? Meet you?]
. . . put a name to a face.
[Nailed it.]
wow I lost track of everything in Feb lo siento plz forgive me
It is good to see you again, though I'm sorry that you've had to deal with amnesia and the strangeness of that on top of whatever else. I don't know; we were not so close as to discuss the details of your comings and goings.
[ She hopes that she hadn't misrepresented things. ]
I... before we continue much further, I should tell you that I possess magical abilities. Mostly in the realm of spirit magic, healing and protecting and the like, alongside fire-based magics. Last time, I didn't exactly realize that I was withholding information from you, and you were, understandably, upset with me when you found out.
omg no worries, feb is Hard
. . . I appreciate your forthrightness.
[He really does, even if he sounds less than pleased.]
I admit: I do not know how to do this. Most people here seem to have a scattered knowledge of myself and my past, and I do not know if it's better to ask what you do know, or proceed as if we are newly met.
The latter seems ungenuine, but the former is . . . strange to me, to ask you to list facts as though they are tallies on a paper.
no subject
[ She shakes her head. ] You don't have to tell me more than that; I only wish to be your friend. That doesn't require knowing everything about your history.
I don't always consider myself a mage, anyway. A healer, yes, but that and fire are where the bulk of my talents lie. I wasn't properly trained until I became a Warden.
