Everyone should be watched! We should all be watching each other!

Accidents happen, but if I fall with a sword I only hurt myself. Stumbling, opening a rift and having demons poor out is a little more than your usual 'accident'. This has been true of mages for centuries - of course we need to keep a better eye on them! That's what's best for everyone, including them.

I don't need to be an expert to know the danger they possess. And I'm not sure that people from other worlds should be able to wield such terrible power in ours.
