I can, too. If you'd asked me before I came here, though, I wouldn't have understood that at all. Magic is nothing to be feared, where I'm from. Anyone can learn it, and those that don't still know that it exists all around them. If there are people who are afraid of it, or of those who use it, then it's an individual thing, and certainly not...a society thing.
